Property Management

ON-SITE EVALUATION

A manager will visit the property within 24 hrs and prepare an initial report indicating exterior condition and occupancy.


PROPERTY PRESERVATION

Vacant units will be secured, exterior grounds will be cleaned and brought up to City/County standards.

 

MARKETING

Once the property is secured a market analysis of the building will be prepared indicating its potential value and a lease-up plan.  A lease agreement will be submitted to you and following the execution of the lease agreement, a rent roll will be prepared and rents will be collected.  Advertising for the vacant units will promptly begin thereafter.
